The Lilith Fund
"We envision a society in which equal access to abortion is guaranteed for all, regardless of economic situation. The Lilith Fund believes in reproductive equity. The right to choose an abortion is meaningless without access to abortion services. Restrictions on abortion access and funding are discriminatory because they especially burden low-income patients. We oppose all efforts to restrict abortion rights and are committed to fighting for access to abortion." - via Lilithfund.org

Texas Equal Access Fund (TEA fund)
"The Texas Equal Access Fund believes that the right to reproductive choice is denied when people are unable to access abortion services. Restrictions on abortion access and funding are discriminatory because they especially burden the poor, the young, the rural, and people of color. We oppose all efforts to restrict abortion rights and are committed to fighting for access to abortion for all. We believe that abortion is a fundamental feature of health care, and that it is the responsibility of government to fund abortions for low-income people. However, in the absence of government funding, we believe it is our duty to act now to support those who want abortions and cannot afford them." - via teafund.org

The Afiya Center
"The Afiya Center is unique in that it is one of the very few non-profit reproductive justice organizations in North Texas founded and directed by women of color. The Afiya Center is committed to creating an atmosphere where the unique experiences of black women and other women of color are embraced. The Afiya Center addresses the unique needs of women by providing public health education, policy advocacy, community organizing, and leadership development. In addition, we place a special emphasis on the experiences of marginalized women affected by HIV/AIDS and poverty. While many may not be familiar with the term reproductive justice, The Afiya Center, since its inception, swiftly identified the sexual health and reproductive justice framework as effective means to challenge structural power inequalities.
Over the years, The Afiya Center has been successful in the development of leadership and economic empowerment. Many of the women are now serving on local, state, and national planning bodies. Via micro-economic projects designed to promote entrepreneur enterprising women are also changing their immediate ecnomic outcomes which also improves health outcomes.
The Afiya Center’s vision is to end reproductive oppression by challenging and changing harmful policies that increase health and wealth disparities among black and other women of color. Together we are transforming the management and relationship to our sexual health to one that increases self-efficacy and promotes wholeness." - Via The Afiya Center website
