Free for All: Free to table, Free to attend!
So far, the following tables will be available:
- TRRR Table (for info and resources)
- Sign Making Table
- Abortion Story Project Table
- The Women's Community Center will be promoting their event WeCon at their Table
- Domestic Violence Voices Table
- Beyond Words Live Table
- Women's Alliance for Leadership (WAL) Table
Tabling Guide for Interested Non-Profits:
1. Free For All: Free to Table, Free to Attend
2. Tabling: Bring your table, tent, tabling supplies and people to run it. Ensure you bring supplies
to weigh your table/tent/canopy/umbrella/etc down without stakes in the ground. Set up starts at
11:30am, please be set up before 1pm.
3. Clean up: We will have volunteers to help with set up and tear down, though you will be
responsible for ensuring your table and supplies get back where they need to go off of Capitol
Grounds so it's cleaner than when we all arrived.
4. Volunteers: if you need tabling volunteers contact us with details (number, requirements, etc)
and we will reach out to our network to get you some.
5. Open Mic: we encourage you to share info about your org during Open Mic after the scheduled
speakers and performers.
6. Heather Ross will be your on site person to contact overseeing the FreeSource Fair, she will
be wearing an identifiable name tag.
